BrieAnna, Davin and 2-year-old Ryder met me out at Common Ford Ranch for their holiday portrait session. It’s a great spot in West Austin with an old barn, lots of trails and a lakefront boat ramp. We went exploring, hunted for bugs and fished (for dinosaurs).

At the same time as her Halloween portraits, we also did a costume change to get in Christmas as well. Check out Carsyn as we decorated Twin Lakes Park for the holidays. And a big extra thank you to Heather for providing those sparkly mini-Christmas trees that got a lot of use this season.

I had the fun of meeting Steph, Mark, Maya and Bryn at the Arboretum for their latest Holiday Portrait Session. The girls had fun whispering secrets and playing in the ivy.

Now that the holiday cards have gone out, I can share the other half of Carsyn’s holiday portrait session (see Halloween photos HERE). We spent the morning at Mill Pond as she jumped, danced and posed.

Carsyn picked out the Christmas props herself – though the 6 foot inflatable Christmas Minnie Mouse was (sadly?) left at home.
