The Cousins Family were the lucky bidders on the photography session I donated for the school’s Viva Gullett Auction this past Spring. For their Holiday Portrait Session, we took advantage of the beautiful weather and went wandering around Zachary Scott Theater and Lady Bird Lake ending at the Pedestrian Bridge for golden hour.
There was climbing, exploring, and Pokemon battle strategy discussions.

Follow the Yellow Brick Road to Champions Park where you’ll find a sweet Dorothy skipping down the trail with Toto.
What a fun session! There was glitter and mini-pumpkins and one little girl excited to dance around in her Halloween costume. We were the hit of the morning walkers and bikers going by.

This photogenic family drove in from Houston for their yearly portrait session. We headed to Old Settlers Association in Round Rock, Texas for golden hour.
Ben’s favorite part was finding that log – standing on it, rolling it, sitting on it – couldn’t get enough. And Rusty, their dog, was in heaven to sniff around – though we had to keep him away from the chickens in the coop and the bunnies roaming free.

If there’s one group I’m well-versed in photographing, it’s a pair of brothers under the age of 5 😉
The J. Family (which includes these cute brothers aged 2 1/2 and 4 1/2) met me at Champions Park in Cedar Park, TX for some golden hour exploring.
Did we collect sticks and flowers? Check.
Did we find rocks to throw in the water? Check.
Did we have races back and forth to Mom & Dad? Check.
Did we have them fly up in the air and be swung around? Check.
Were there lots of giggles? Double check.
