The best light is right around sunrise or 1-2 hours before sunset. So you’re looking at starting around 7:00am for morning sessions and starting around 6:30pm for evening sessions (time can vary depending on location).

Cooler temps and high winds didn’t stop us from snuggling and dancing our way through the wildflowers. With a combination of silliness and sweetness, Carsyn and Heather had their yearly wildflower session at Balcones Disctrict Park. And when I saw them walking under that tree, Carsyn holding flowers with her tulle skirt, I fast-forwarded 20 years when Heather gets to walk her down the aisle (cue the waterworks).

Took Max & Miles location scouting at Northwest Park to check out their back field of wildflowers this weekend. The boys enjoyed running over the metal bridge, checking out all the different colors and types of flowers back there (and were open to being bribed when I requested they sit still for a few pics as well). 😉
